We collect information only when you choose to contact us through the enquiry form on our website. This may include:

  • Date, time, and place of birth (if you include it in your message)

We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not collect any information unless you actively submit our contact form.

The information you provide is used solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation
  • Prepare your astrological analysis (birth details, if provided)
  • Follow up with you about your booking

We do not use your information for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party except as described in Section 4.

4. Third Parties We Use

Our website uses the following third-party services:

  • Formspree (formspree.io): processes enquiry form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google Fonts: used to display fonts on this website. Google may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Maps: an embedded map on our Contact page. When you interact with the map, Google's terms apply.

None of these services receive your consultation enquiry data directly. Only Formspree processes your form submission, and only to forward it to our inbox.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry emails are stored in our Gmail inbox. We retain consultation-related correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to serve you, typically no longer than 3 years. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Your Rights Under India's DPDPA 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information
  • Erase your data (where we are not legally required to retain it)
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sangeetasastro@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit via Formspree. Your enquiry data is never stored in a database on our servers; it is delivered directly to our email inbox.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
